Director of Hospitality Strategy
John is an experienced restaurant and hospitality veteran, having launched and managed various restaurant brands in the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the UK. His skills have been honed while owning and operating his own restaurant in South Africa.
He has extensive experience in restaurant operations, business and strategy planning, financial modeling and management.
In addition, he is fully knowledgeable about brand development, franchise agreements as well as project management.
John will plan your project from A-Z and ensure exact timelines and assigned budgets are kept in line without surprises.


Lot Jr. Sula
Interior Designer & Project Director
Lot is a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with more than 15 years experience in the hospitality industry. Having designed numerous F&B outlets in the region and beyond, he has the credentials and skill to provide the right technical solutions for your project.
His precision drawings and renderings ensure easy understanding of every aspect of a given project – whether they’re presented to the client, the architect or the fit-out company.
Lot has led a broad spectrum of F&B/Hospitality projects in region over the years, utilizing his expertise in all aspects ranging from conceptualization to purchasing, colour selection and final arrangement.
Well-versed in dealing with contractors and suppliers, Lot has a stellar track record in ensuring the proper execution of F&B projects onsite, on schedule and on budget.

Holly Casares
Director of Training and Development
Holly is an accomplished HR professional with over fifteen years international experience in the luxury hospitality and financial services sectors. She specialises in bespoke learning interventions, leadership development and talent management bringing a genuine passion for enabling personal development to her clients.
Additionally, Holly is an Executive Coach and has worked with senior leaders within the corporate world as well as private clients.
She is qualified in various psychometric assessment tools which can be used to enhance her coaching offering for both individuals and teams providing deeper insights in to personality and behaviours.

Sherree Castillon

Her accomplishments include creating and developing brands for top hospitality clients in the GCC region including Kempinski, St. Regis, Sheraton and Emaar Hospitality to name ba few.
